Return / Refund Policy
At Amaral’s Market, total customer satisfaction is what drives our success. We guarantee quality and freshness on all packaged products we sell including dried, salted codfish. However, and because of the unpreserved nature of all perishable products, returns are unfeasible and cannot be exchanged or credited to your account. Returnable non-perishable packaged items must be in their original, unopened packaging and cartons. We also require any return package be fully insured for contents value with shipping receipts retained should a transit problem occur. Amaral’s Market is not liable for any repackaging, handling or shipping costs related to returned products.
